'Grand Buc' is a fully equipped gite to rent , aiming to provide a hassle-free holiday.

There are 5 bedrooms in total, 3 twin and 2 double, all decorated to a high standard with sea-grass matting throughout. There are two new bathrooms, one with shower cubicle and the other with bath and wall-mounted shower; both have a wc and wash basin

There is a large 40m2 fully equipped kitchen including an original wood burning stove, oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker and a huge fridge/freezer.

There is pine kitchen table allowing comfortable seating for 10.

A separate utility area houses the washer/dryer.

The 75m2 impressive sitting room comes with TV, DVD player and stereo system. Internet access is available on request. .

Outside there is a 50m2 covered terrace, accessed via double doors from the sitting room. There is BBQ, table and seating for 10. The 10x4m swimming pool is surrounded by a terrace with 10 sun loungers.

All bed linen, bath towels and pool towels are provided.
